What is Paid Leave?

Paid leave is that kind of leave taken because of vacation, personal reasons, illness, or other reasons with pay. Every employee working in the private or government sector is entitled to a selected number of paid leaves in a year. However, it can be utilized as per the leave policy of the organization. Paid leave quantity differs from company to company but it starts from 12 and goes around 30-40 in a year. All paid leaves are bifurcated with privileged leaves, casual leaves, sick leaves, etc. Paid leaves are the sort of leaves from work during which you receive your normal salary.
