Project Manager

What is Project Manager?

A project manager is a term used to define an individual responsible for leading a project from its inception to execution. The process of being in charge of project management includes planning, execution, and managing the people, resources, and scope of the project. Project managers must have the discipline to create clear and attainable objectives and see them through the successful completion of them. They need to take full responsibility and authority to complete the assigned project.

Sometimes, the position may end with the completion of the assigned project. However, sometimes it can be a semipermanent position for a limited time. It could last until a predetermined point in the project’s schedule or stage of completion.

A project manager’s responsibilities include overall management of the project as well. Nevertheless, he or she is seldom directly involved with all of the activities that produce the end result. This position of being in charge also includes any products and services, project tools, and techniques to help ensure good practices are followed during the project completion.
