PERT Chart

What is PERT Chart?

PERT also known as Program Evaluation Review Technique, is a term used to define a network diagram in which the activities and milestones of a project are embodied on the line nodes respectively. Project tracking is an important part of managing projects and PERT is used in the evaluation and review of this process.

The PERT chart helps you to resolve the complex projects and the tasks involved in the completion of the same get into smaller activities with expected timelines.

Once you have the PERT chart that works for your project, the activities and timelines will ensure that you are cutting down on the timelines and meeting the target within the project due date. Once you are meeting the timelines for proper completion, then you are cutting down on the cost of the operations and ensuring you are not penalized for the late delivery of the projects.
