What is a Goal Cascading?

Cascading goals are goals that are organized within a project of the company in which there is an ascending and descending order of roles for different individuals. The order of the goal allotment is determined by the hierarchy of employees and their job profiles in order to create a suitable structure. Through this process, the activities of each individual are aligned with the goals of the entire team and meet the project deadline. This makes the team move towards achieving all of their individual and common goals of the company.

As a guide to the team’s individual goals, each level of the company must set goals that are in line with the goals of the upper level of the project. All of this is done in order to strike a balance in line with the established strategy. The most important thing in implementing a strategy with cascading goals for a company is to have clear and achievable goals.
