Aptitude Test

What is Aptitude Test?

The Aptitude Test is a standardized test used during the candidate selection process in order to test and measure an individual’s ability to think and succeed in a given task/activity. Aptitude tests are a great way for recruiters to gauge a candidate’s suitability for the role they have applied for.

A single test, measures intellectual thinking, presence of mind, use of common sense, and focus. There are some questions on the test that can only be answered by thinking about them for a certain amount of time. Aptitude testing is seen as being equally as relevant to hiring as intelligence testing because the assessment can tell employers enough about a candidate’s potential.

Candidates can practice taking many types of aptitude exams online. The lowest and greatest scores are used as the basis for measurement.
