What is Purple Unicorn?

Purple Unicorn is used to describe a candidate profile that possesses rare experiences & skills. These skills and experiences aside from other normal and regular skills, just like almost impossible to find in the remaining employees of a firm or agency or company. They meet all the wants for the job and can do the job with no questions asked.

Finding a purple unicorn is quite a difficult task. Now purple unicorns are often generally classified into two different types.

1. Pink – Being the Pink which is basically passive candidates.
2. Wings – Wings candidates are the active candidates.

Pink unicorns are likely to be much happier and much more engaged as well as productive and are always open to taking on new activities. But despite having numerous qualities these pink unicorns have not spent time looking for a proper job.
