2. Offline system to fill this form.

1. Way To Fill The Form Online:

To fill the form online video, you can take guidance from this video. Just go to the direct member login and fill in as per the directions shown on the web.

A member who has formerly registered his UAN at the unified EPF Member Portal can fill this EPF form 2 online. The process can be like this:

Step 1: Login to the EPF portal using UAN.

Step 2: Select the “Manage” section and then “E-nomination”.

Step 3:  Enter “Current Address” & “Permanent Address ” in your “Profile” and then click on the “Save” button.

Step 4: Select the option you have a family or not.

Step 5: Enter details of the family member like name, Aadhaar number, dob, relation, gender, address, and guardian ( for minors) and click on save details. If you want more nominees then select add row button.

Step 6: Select the nominees from the list and enter the share. Click on save EPF nomination.

Step 7: Your nomination details will be saved and nominees will get the fund in the proportion mentioned by you in the form. Follow the same way for the EPS section for serving benefits of the pension scheme.

Step 8: To complete the process you need to consider ‘e-sign ’ the nomination made by you. For this, select the “e-nomination ” option listed under the “ Manage ” section.

Step 9: Next, enter the virtual ID of your Aadhaar and click on “corroborate ”.

Step 10:  Given your concurrence for Aadhaar’-KYC services.

Step 11: Enter your Aadhaar ID again and click on ” Get OTP ” to get an OTP on your mobile number linked with your Aadhaar card.

Step 12: Enter the OTP and do successfully register your nomination.

2. Details Should Be Filled Up In Form 2

Offline Form 2 Word has a total of 4 sections to be filled up  

General Information

• Member’s name 
• Father or husband’s name 
• Birth date 
• Gender 
• Account number 
• Temporary and permanent address
• Marital status 
• Joining Date of EPF and EPS 

Part A( EPF)

In this section of the form, the member has to fill in the following details for EPF nomination.

• Name And Address of the nominee
• Relationship with the nominee
• The total amount in PF had to be paid to each nominee
• Birth date
• A thumb or signature impression of the member
• If the nominee is minor then the member has to provide the guardian’s name and amount.

Part B( EPS)

EPF scheme offers a total share of 8.33 out of 12, and it is from employer to EPF. The procedure of PF and EPS of members are also given to the appointed persons. The details are:

• Family member’s name 
• Birth date 
• Family member’s address 
• Relationship with the form-filling member 
• Signature or thumbprint of the member 

If the nominee is a widowed person then the details can be: 

• Name and address of the nominee
• Relationship with the member
• Birth date
