What is an Appointment Letter?

An appointment letter or employment letter is a proper letter supplied in writing to a candidate before they are actually employed in the company. Appointment letters are normally supplied after a proposal letter to the candidate when they begin their job posting in the company.

The appointment letter describes the placement offered, salary, benefits, confidentiality policy, painting policy, beginning date, and crucial statistics about the employment. The appointment letter is given on a primary day after starting employment and the employee could return a signed copy to the corporation indicating the declaration of the appointment letter.

Appointment letters are imprinted on the letterhead of the corporation and signed by the management head and the employee. In case the candidate accepts the placement at the company, the candidate has to sign a copy to meet the contractual duty to be fulfilled.
