What is Form 10C?

Form 10C is a form that needs to be filled and submitted when claiming advantages under the Employee Pension Scheme (EPS). When a small amount of the fund is converted into the EPS, this fund is withdrawn by using Form 10C.

Form 10C helps the employees to obtain their collected amount over the years under EPF without having the breakdown.

Who Can Apply For Form 10C?

• A family of a member who died before completing 10 years of service and above 58 years old.
• A member who has completed 10 years of service but not accomplished 50 years of age or a member who is between the ages of 50 and 58 and refuses to accept a decreased pension.
• A one who has left employment before completing 10 years in an organization and has reached the age of 58 before finishing 10 years of service.
